I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners with a passion for bridging holistic healing and Western medicine to help people feel truly supported in their health journey.
After years working in Family Practice, I realized many individuals were still struggling with fatigue, inflammation, hormone imbalance, chronic illness, nervous system dysregulation, and feeling disconnected from themselves—even when their labs appeared “normal.” That realization became deeply personal during my own healing journey through fibromyalgia, chronic inflammation, immune dysfunction, and chronic Epstein-Barr virus infection.
My personal experience led me to pursue additional education and certifications in Thyroid Optimization, Women’s Health, root-cause healing approaches, nervous system regulation, and bioenergetic testing. Along the way, I explored many healing modalities and came to believe true healing requires addressing the body as a whole—physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
This is what led me to incorporate Qest4 bioenergetic scanning into my practice: a tool that helps uncover deeper stress patterns and allows for a more personalized, whole-person approach to wellness.

Can I get my money back?
Services performed cannot be reimbursed, only in extraordinary circumstances. Things will always be made right on my end, I just can't always guarantee outcomes, which is always explained.
You will not be charged for canceling if the proper amount of time is provided. We understand things happen, please be courteous of the business running.
Can I trust the meds and vitamins I am getting?
Yes, all are made in sterile, approved compound pharmacies, tested for purity. People have responded greatly to these treatments. As a trusted Practitioner, I wouldn't give anyone anything I wouldn't give myself or anyone in my family
